For over 7 years, I led and managed the Neal Ward Properties brand, driving its evolution to align with the luxury market and Compass’ overarching vision. My role encompassed a full spectrum of creative direction, from spearheading a brand rebranding phase during Neal Ward's transition to Compass, to continuously shaping advertising campaigns, marketing strategies, and social media presence.

I directed the creation of high-impact photography, video, and design assets, alongside leading a year-long website overhaul to modernize and enhance the digital experience. This long-term collaboration resulted in a cohesive, elevated brand identity across all platforms.
